The deluxe SPA oasis features a bio-steam sauna, experience showers, a hot tub and a relaxation area. SPA – abbreviation of the Latin term ‘SANUS PER AQUAM’, which means HEALTH THROUGH WATER. Relax and enjoy the benefits of the spa area.

STEAM / TURKISH SAUNA

• Temperature: 40 ° C – 60 ° C Humidity: 100%

• Steam sauna or Turkish sauna is one of the oldest forms of relaxation and cleansing of the body. It improves circulation, opens pores and cleanses the skin, which becomes youthful, soft and smooth. High humidity in the Turkish sauna and air flavored with natural essential oils have a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract. Staying in the steam sauna contributes to deep physical and mental relaxation and a sense of harmony.

• Recommended stay in the sauna: The sauna cycle lasts 10 to 15 minutes, with mandatory cooling and a rest of 20 minutes between each cycle of sauna use. It is recommended 2 to a maximum of 3 cycles of sauna (entering the sauna).

HYDROMASSAGE

• The deluxe hotel in the spa area is equipped with hydro and air jets for hydro massage, and can be used by up to 6 people at the same time. Hydromassage is a natural form of massage in which water is used as a means of massage.
